A first session in the pool allows you to discover the activity without apprehension and whatever the weather conditions.
This also gives you the opportunity to get started in complete security. You will be supervised by a qualified instructor, who will keep an eye on you, but will also help you progress thanks to his instructions.

When your activity starts and finishes
Baptism can be carried out between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
