Any freediver will tell you that diving below the waves without bulky breathing equipment is one of the most liberating and therapeutic experiences a person can have. If you find that hard to believe, we invite you to find out for yourself by having a go at freediving.
This is a five-hour session on the Pembrokeshire coast, where kelp forests grow and seals play. We’ll give you a brief theoretical introduction to freediving but focus most of this taster session on the sensations involved in breath-hold diving.
Our expert dive instructors will choose the location, keep an eye on the conditions and guide you through the steps to completing dives at depths of up to 5 metres in order to keep you safe. We work with small groups to ensure the best experience.
If you’re over 15 years old, healthy and a competent swimmer, we can reveal the secrets of freediving to you.
