We have multiple venues for thrilling days in the great outdoors, however, our favourite spot for coasteering and stand-up paddleboarding is Stackpole Quay. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner. Our ISA and SLSGB-qualified instructors will tailor the experience to your needs and ability level, aiming to deliver a unique and safe adventure to everyone.
Children over eight years old are welcome to join with adult or parental supervision. We provide tuition and all the equipment, including, wetsuits, boards, paddles, buoyancy aids and helmets. You must bring sunscreen, a beach towel, a bottle of water, a swimsuit, warm clothing and shoes you don't mind getting wet!
Your SUP session will be two hours long, and your coasteering session will be 2.5 hours long, making it the best experience to enjoy for a full-day get-together with family or friends. We can split it into two days at your request!
