Want to take your passion for diving a step further? We offer you the possibility of taking the Open Water Diver SSI diving course with us on the east coast of Madeira. This course will grant you the SSI certificate, internationally recognized, and will make you part of a select group of underwater adventurers. Anyone over 14 years old can take the course, as the only requirement is to know how to swim.

We are in Caniçal, a coastal tourist location located in the municipality of Machico, just ten minutes from Madeira Airport. The program consists of a part of theoretical training to prepare for the exam and also a total of 10 dives, of which six will be in confined waters and four in open sea. up to a maximum of 18 meters deep.

During your stay in Madeira you cannot miss Funchal, its capital. A picturesque city full of history and monuments. Don't forget to visit its old area, where the streets are transformed into a museum of history and urban art and where you can also find the Fort of Santiago, built in the 17th century to protect the city's port against invasions. Of course, we also recommend visiting the traditional Mercado dos Lavradores and Catedral da Sé, both icons of the island.

We are convinced that you will enjoy the diving course in Open Waters as a child, but also that you will love getting to know Funchal and the other secrets that the island of Madeira hides behind.
