We will meet at our center in Sesimbra, just one hour from Lisbon. There we will give you theoretical training, we will give you the diving equipment, the material you will need and there you will also put the theoretical knowledge into practice with your first dive in confined waters.
In the pool immersion you can experience the sensation of submerging with the diving mask and the cylinder at a shallow depth. Upon completing this phase, we will go together to the Sesimbra Naval Club, from where we will leave by boat to make the second dive, this time in the middle of the ocean and a few meters deeper.
All our activities related to this discipline will be carried out in the Luis Saldanha Marine Park, which is located in the Arrábida Natural Park, the idyllic environment to get started in this strong>diving. During the second exploration dive you will be able to enjoy the incredible views that the ocean floor offers us and, if you are lucky, you will be able to encounter some of the different species of fish that live there.
When the activity concludes and you have passed the course, you will be authorized for the following 6 months to be able to dive independently, but always with supervision, and can descend up to 12 meters.
* The only requirements you must meet to be able to participate in this course are that you know how to swim and are over 10 years old.
