You can find our facilities in the city of Setúbal , just over 50 minutes of Lisbon . However, the meeting point for this diving baptism will be at the quay of Sesimbra . From there we will make a boat trip until we reach the Creio Beach , where we do the dives. Before entering the water, one of our instructors will give you a briefing in which it will explain all the tricks and in which the activity will consist.
The first dive will be closer to the surface, to a smaller depth, so that you are more comfortable swimming with fins and gets used to breathing with a oxygen tank. The second will be a dive on foot where you will explore a slightly deeper area of the ocean with the instructor.
