You can find our facilities in the town of Setúbal, just over 50 minutes from Lisbon. However, the meeting point for this baptism of diving will be at the Sesimbra dock. From there we will take a boat ride until we reach Praia do Creio, the place where we do the dives. Before getting into the water, one of our instructors will give you a briefing in which he will explain all the tricks and what the activity will consist of.
The first dive will be closer to the surface, at a shallower depth, so that you can become more comfortable swimming with fins and get used to breathing with an oxygen tank. The second will be a walking dive in which you will explore a somewhat deeper area of the ocean with the instructor.
