At the end of this training, you will be able to dive safely to a maximum depth of 20 meters, accompanied by an instructor or an experienced diver. Level 1 FFESSM is the first step in diving training in France. It corresponds to an international diver certification which has the ultimate objective of solo diving. This is an important session for anyone who wants to discover scuba diving and who plans to continue their training to become advanced divers.
