The only requirements that are required to be able to carry out this aquatic activity is to be in good health, without suffering from any heart disease. It is also good that participants are not afraid of the depths, or of being in full contact with marine fauna. It is mandatory to present a medical statement in which the entire health record of the participant is observed.
With this course you will be able to learn the basic techniques of diving, to do so you will have all the necessary equipment and material. In addition to all the assistance from our professional instructors. Before diving into the high seas, four dives will be made in a pool to have the necessary knowledge. Theoretical development sessions will also be held and finally, four dives will be made in marine waters.
The approximate duration of this course is three days, with various theoretical and practical classes, necessary so that you can develop all the skills in this activity. Once the course is completed, you will be able to continue advancing to other types of diving, and of course, obtaining other official certifications.
*The minimum age to be able to dive is 10 years old, you must always be accompanied by an adult.
