We offer you a 3-day course during which you will learn to dive with the necessary material provided by us and you will practice all the necessary skills related to topics such as:
- How to float in water, including how to ascend, descend and breathe underwater.
- Maintain your body temperature, to improve your swimming skills and practice diving techniques with a partner.
- Prevent any risk underwater.
We will also introduce you to the different diving environments and the aquatic life that you will probably encounter, so that you have a greater awareness of what you see.
