Our RYA recognised centre offers skipper training in Lymington to novice and seasoned sailors as well. To take the Coastal Skipper Course, you need to have significant sailing experience. If you sail already at Day Skipper practical standard, your navigation skills are at Coastal Skipper shore-based standard and you have spent 15 days on the sea (2 as a skipper), sailing at least 300 miles and 8 hours at night
In this course, you will learn skippering techniques for both coastal and offshore passages and pilotage by day and night, and once the course ends, you will be able to skipper a sailing yacht by both day and night on coastal passages.
This price is only for high season. You can check the availability in low season in another of our offers.
