Are you looking for a one-to-one paddling basis experience to improve your paddling skills? Our private SUP lessons are the perfect plan to exceed your expectations. We wrap adventure, excitement and relaxing times into one experience!

Our 1-1 SUP improver lessons are perfect for paddlers with previous experience. You must be confident in standing, keeping balance and self-rescuing to join us. You'll be under the watchful eyes of a qualified instructor who will help you to improve your ability to paddle, ensuring you'll gain more speed and power from each stroke as you add more manoeuvres to your skills.

We run our lessons in multiple locations around Odiham, such as the Thames, Langstone Harbour and Hayling Island Beach. Weather conditions and tide constraints will decide! Your lesson will be 1.5 hours long!

Our staff supplies all the equipment and will suit every detail of the lesson to your needs and personal wants. You must bring snacks, drinks, suncream, a hat, spare clothing, and a towel. You must know how to swim 5m!
