Join us in Christchurch, Dorset, for a beginner’s sailing course. This price is for the first two-hour session of a four-hour introductory programme which takes you step-by-step through the fundamentals of sailing.
Christchurch Harbour is a popular place for recreational sailing and you’ll see why as soon as you arrive. It’s a large expanse of calm water that enjoys reliable winds - ideal for learning to sail.
The course is led by one of our RYA-qualified instructors. They are trained, experienced and ready to have you controlling a small sailing dinghy with confidence. This session covers sailing with the wind, turning and stopping. You’ll have your sea legs in no time!
You don’t need to have been sailing before in order to sign up for this course and you don’t need your own equipment either. The lower age limit is eight years old, the upper is up to you!
Be warned, this session may result in a sailing addiction!
