Baptism of the sea Capo Carbonara + 4h snack

Our activity is designed for those who do not have a license or want to have their first scuba diving experience.

Intro Dive is an individual dive, always accompanied by a professional instructor who will follow you step by step for the entire duration of the experience.

The activity takes place in the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara, one of the most evocative stretches of sea in Sardinia, characterized by clear waters, shallow and sandy seabeds alternating with granite rocks with a unique marine biodiversity.

Before the dive, there is an introductory theoretical briefing, during which the instructor explains in a simple and clear way the main rules of diving: how to breathe with the regulator, how to regulate the pressure, manual underwater communication signals and the necessary general safety rules.

After this mini introduction we begin to prepare the equipment, after which we dress in wetsuits and all the professional necessary and then reach the diving point by boat.
Entry into the water takes place in a gentle and always assisted manner, with the instructor constantly at your side.

The dive lasts about 30 minutes, during the descent and stay underwater, you have the opportunity to explore the marine environment of Capo Carbonara, closely observing colorful fish, seagrass meadows and natural scenarios typical of the Mediterranean, in a protected and uncontaminated context.

You dive to a depth of 6 meters starting from the age of 10 and to a maximum depth of 2 meters for children of 8 years old.

The experience in total lasts 4 hours, and is designed to be accessible, exciting and completely safe, ideal for those who want to approach the world of diving for the first time, experiencing the sea from a new perspective.
