This will be a lesson lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes, where we will begin practicing in the sand to explain how to use the board and paddle, then we will jump into the water. It is very important that you follow the guide's instructions to carry out the activity safely. Squeeze your thighs well and stand on the board, remember that you have to be focused on the board, body and paddle.
This activity is designed to be enjoyed with family, friends or your partner; The little ones from 4 years old can accompany us. If you have never practiced SUP, you don't have to worry, since the first 15 minutes will be dedicated to giving you a brief introduction in which we will explain how to use the board and paddle and the safety measures you must follow.
