This price is for a 1 and a half hour lesson in Flat Water. We understand that it is your first SUP class and that is why we are going to focus on technique, how to get up, Stand on the board and paddle, passing the paddle from one hand to the other with balance.
We are going to look for beaches with calm waters, this way it will be easier for you to adapt to the movements of the Stand Up Paddle and even to perform and travel once you find your balance on the board.

We divide this course into 3 classes of 1 hour and a half each in which we will progress as follows:
- Flat Water: First day to get in touch with the board and the technique. We are going to take a walk through calm waters where we are going to learn to maintain balance on the board.
- Exposed Water: We will take you to an area of the beach where the waters are more turbulent, they do not amount to waves but we will continue training swinging and balance.
- Paddle Surfing: On the third day we are going to surf waves with the SUP, you will have to maintain balance and paddle with the wave until the end.
