Deal overview
Your group course will take place in Anglet, a French commune in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department. It is located a few minutes from Biarritz. This town has many beaches including the Cavalier Beach where you will take your Stand Up Paddle lesson.
The meeting place is therefore on the beachindicated above. Here, you will be welcomed by our instructors who will explain to you how this Stand Up Paddle course will work as well as the safety instructions to apply on the water. After this, they will give you your equipment and you will head towards the sea.
During this Stand Up Paddle course, you will learn to familiarize yourself with your equipment, you will receive theoretical input necessary for the good practice of Stand Up Paddle, you will warm up and head out on the water to put into practice everything you have learned. Your instructor will be on the water with you during this lesson and will help you adopt the correct posture on the board. At the end of the course, you will return your material to our team and debrief with them on this group course.
