We welcome you to Angletfor a 1-hour private lesson in the company of a qualified instructor! Anglet is a commune located in the New Aquitaine region and located 5 minutes from Biarritz. For this Stand Up Paddle course, you will leave from the Cavalier Beach, the ideal place for practicing water sports.
We will therefore meet you 20 minutes before the start of the course on the beachmentioned above. Once you arrive at the meeting point, you will meet our instructors who will brief you on the course and who will give you your equipment. You will then leave alone with your instructor on the sandwhere you will receive the first theoretical inputs necessary for the practice of Stand Up Paddle.
You will also go on the water with your instructor and do your first slides. During the course, you will learn to analyze the ocean, to understand your board, to master your balance... You will taste the joys of navigation strong> and enjoy a total change of scenery in the open sea. When the course comes to an end, you will return to dry land with your instructor and take stock of the session you have just completed.
Good to know:
- You must be at least 7 years old to benefit from this Stand Up Paddle course.
- Don't forget to bring your bath towel and sun protection.
