Your safety comes first for us: through a briefing we will explain the notions of the sup activity, furthermore our qualified staff will help you with any doubts you may have, also providing you with the necessary equipment to carry out the activity in complete safety.
We recommend having a minimum age of 10 years, a basic swimming level, bringing with you an identity card or passport and personal items such as flip-flops and a towel, the materials you will need to use our SUP such as life jacket, paddles and board will be provided by our sports center.

The minimum age to rent one of our SUPs is 10 years, it is recommended to have a basic swimming level, to have an identity card or passport and personal items such as flip flops and towel. the rest of the materials necessary to carry out the activity such as life jacket, paddles and board will be provided by our sports centre.
