We run our SUP lessons at Newgale Beach in Pembrokeshire. We are set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, meaning you won't only get a fun experience, but you will also enjoy the breathtaking views of the coastline and wildlife of the area!
You'll be under the watchful eye of an ASI-qualified instructor who will help you grasp the essentials of SUP, such as entering and exiting water, board control and trim, stopping and turning, and everything else to keep you confident on the water. Our staff supplies all the equipment, you only need to bring swimwear, a towel and warm outdoor clothing.
The lesson will be around 2-3 hours long. You must feel confident on the water and know how to swim 50m. People from 7 to 70 years old can join!
