You'll be under the guidance and supervision of our professional instructors. As mentioned, this course is perfect for beginners, so we will ensure you get the best of this experience. We supply the equipment. However, we recommend wearing suitable clothes for the weather and bringing shoes you don't mind getting wet, spare clothing, sunscreen, water, a towel and a retainer for your glasses.
