Enjoy the best views of the River Thames by being part of our Thames Natural History Tour. It's a bespoke tour for small groups, especially for people who had never paddled before! We promise you won't be disappointed!

You'll be under the guidance and supervision of our professional instructors. As mentioned, this course is perfect for beginners, so we will ensure you get the best of this experience. We supply the equipment. However, we recommend wearing suitable clothes for the weather and bringing shoes you don't mind getting wet, spare clothing, sunscreen, water, a towel and a retainer for your glasses.

Our journey will be approximately three hours long. Did you know the River Thames was biologically dead but is now home to more than 115 fish species? You'll receive a personalised tour to discover interesting facts from your instructor.

We require you to arrive 15 minutes before your session start. This activity is designed for people over 18 years old, but younger paddlers can be accommodated by request. Our instructors guarantee you'll get new paddle skills for you to enjoy SUP on a very personal level!
