Stand Up Paddle is about sailing and paddling standing up on a surf-type board. We will teach you the techniques to achieve it since although it may seem easy, maintaining balance on the board has its point. Our instructor is a professional in this sport so he will teach you from the most basic to whether you want to perfect your techniques, that is why this class is designed for all levels and it is not necessary to have previous experience.
You will enjoy the sun, the sea and have a lot of fun during the class, and at the same time you will be exercising because strength is needed in both legs and arms to maintain balance and row.
