Stand Up Paddle (SUP) consists of navigating standing on a board with the help of a paddle...that's the big challenge, maintaining balance and navigate standing. You will have fun trying but you will surely achieve it. And if you don't want to stand, no problem, you can enjoy sailing sitting or kneeling. It is not necessary to have previous experience to enjoy this adventure in the sea, but it is important to follow the instructions and safety measures of our instructor who will give you your board, your paddle and your life jacket.
You can navigate and discover corners of the bay, but always try to be close to the beach where we can see you, this is for your safety. We carry out the SUP activity onlyin the mornings, this is because the sea is calmer and so you can navigate in complete safety.
We recommend doing SUP since it is not only a water sport that allows you to have fun, but while you practice it, you are exercising your body since you use practically all your muscles, develop and improve your balance, and also , whenever you do an outdoor activity, it helps you reduce stress...What more could you ask for?
