The class can be taken by children from 5 years of age, so they can enjoy this activity as a family without any problem.
The class has a theoretical part that is taken on land and lasts 30 minutes and the rest of the time is in the water to apply what has been learned. In the class we will teach you the correct position on the board, how to maintain balance and paddle correctly and the safety measures that you should take once in the water. It doesn't matter if you sit or kneel on your board at first, you have to feel safe and confident to be able to stand up and start surfing in this position.
Our instructors are certified in first aid and water rescue, so you can take the class safely. The class includes the board, the paddle and your wetsuit so that you can only dedicate yourself to learning and enjoying this experience. In order to practice SUP we ask you to take into account the following as it is important for your health and your safety: you must know how to swim, not have asthma, not have heart, back or knee problems.

We have 3 schedules during the day:
- 9:00 to 11:00 am
- 12:00 to 14:00 pm
- 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
