Our SUP guided tours are ideal for beginners looking to either acquire or refresh paddling skills. You'll be under the supervision and coaching of a qualified instructor, helping you to improve and grasp the essential SUP techniques as you get great and unforgettable memories. You must know how to self-launch bankside, stop, paddle and turn with minimal support to join!
We supply all the equipment, you must bring neoprene boots/soft-soled footwear, a hat, suncream, spare clothing, a towel, and money or a card to enjoy some refreshments at the pub before returning to the shore! Your SUP guided tour will be approximately two hours long, and we can fit up to seven people!
