Come and discover the essential SUP techniques with our SUP taster lessons. We run our experiences in Basingstoke Canal, a breathtaking area that will haunt you within seconds. Our taster lessons are suitable for adults and children 8+ years old, meaning you can enjoy this experience as a family get-together.
A qualified instructor will lead this session, suiting all the details to your needs, some of the topics you'll cover are safety and equipment, safe launch onto water, stand up, paddle on knees, turn, stop, straight, and more.
We supply all the equipment, you must bring suncream, a wetsuit, water shoes/ boots, a hat, a towel and spare clothing. Your session will be approximately one hour long, welcoming groups of up to seven people! The only requirement is to know how to swim a minimum of 25m with a flotation aid.
