We know nowhere else we’d rather be. This area is as varied as it is beautiful, and presents opportunities for paddleboarding of all difficulties. Book onto this first session of three step progression to get paddling in the right way.

Belhaven Bay, Gullane Bay and Seacliff Beach are some of our favourite locations in East Lothian. We’ll send you the meeting point - our HQ in Dunbar - and take you from the place with the most favourable conditions on the day of the event. We also use some inland locations.

The session is three hours long and is aimed at people with no previous experience of paddleboarding. We supply all the equipment so you don’t need to worry!

Our team is made up of certified watersports guides with plenty of experience. They’ll give you plenty of attention because the size of the group won’t exceed 6 people - all of whom must be over 14 years old.

Have you tried paddleboarding before and want to take it to the next level?

Join us for a progression session here in East Lothian. Over the course of 3 hours, we’ll help you improve your technique, show you how to plan and execute longer itineraries and improve your confidence on the board.

The experience and expertise of our guides is what makes all this possible. They’ll meet you at our base in Dunbar, then take you to the most promising location on the East Lothian coast or inland according to the weather forecast to get you paddling better than before.

Personalised instruction is guaranteed because we have a maximum ratio of 1 instructor to 6 participants. Everyone in the groups must be over 14 years old and have prior experience of paddleboarding.

You don’t have to be an expert though, and you don’t need your own equipment. We provide the boards and paddles as well as kit to keep you safe and warm on the water.
