The Stand Up Paddle is also called Sup, it is a water sport in which you are in a standing position on a board similar to the surfboard, but larger in size , thus guaranteeing greater stability to the person practicing this sport. You are also equipped with a paddle (oar) which is used to move and decide the direction you want to take.
During your sup rental experience, you can head south towards the Cala Fico beach, located in a cove surrounded by small rocky mountains, a cuddle at your fingertips or rather rowing.
Before the start of your experience on the crystal clear waters of Sardinia, our staff will carry out a short briefing to provide you with the information you require, both regarding the possible routes that you can undertake and to indicate the behaviors that you will have to adopt during the activity in order to have a fun but also safe experience.
