The Stand Up Paddle also called Supis a water sport in which you are in an upright position on a board similar to a surfboard, but larger in size so as to guarantee more stability. You use a paddle to move, i.e. an oar, so for you it will be like walking on water.
During your experience you will be able to enjoy the landscapes that will surround you and the wonderful backdrop that characterizes the Island of San Pietro.
The Sup lesson will be developed as follows: there will be a first part in which our instructors will provide you with an explanation on land and subsequently, we move into the sea for the lesson. During the lesson you will always be accompanied by our staff who, in addition to being ISA certified instructors, are also certified as lifeguards.
Before the start of the departure you will participate in a short briefing where you can ask all the questions you want to our staff.
Furthermore, you can choose to share this experience with your friends or participate in an individual lesson.
