You have to try stand up paddle on this journey through Playa del Sable, located in Cantabria, and you will enjoy some moments of fun and relaxation in the middle of the sea. This plan combines sport with tourism, making it perfect if you are looking for a complete activity.

Not only will you learn paddle surfing techniques but you will also be able to contemplate all the beautiful landscapes found on the Cantabrian coast. Before leaving, a qualified instructor will give you the materials and teach you some basic concepts about SUP techniques.

Next, you will start walking, and you will love that feeling of sliding through the water. You won't realize it, but as you paddle and stand on the board, you will be exercising your arm and leg muscles, as well as improving your core and hip posture by trying to balance on it.

It is aimed at all tastes, who wouldn't like a getaway to enjoy a natural landscape? We will leave the Nansa River and go through the Tina Menor estuary, to reach Playa del Sable where you can contemplate the beautiful views from the Cantabrian Sea.

It will be 2 hours and we will provide you with all the materials: board, paddle, neoprene and lycra, and life jacket. The only thing missing is you, so come and enjoy!
