A certified instructor will offer you discovery activities of Paddle Yoga, alternating between land and sea to gently understand and assimilate the techniques. Even though the course will be open to all levels, it will mainly consist of an initiation, so don't be afraid to join the training if you have never practiced yoga or stand up paddle.
