In addition, this price includes the neoprene suit if you wish, and for the little ones we have a life jacket to provide them with greater safety. It is a sport aimed at all tastes, however, it is preferable that you know how to swim if you want to do sports in the water to avoid taking risks.

For 2 hours you will have a SUP board and a paddle adapted to your weight and height, so you will practice with the best quality materials that best suit you. You will improve your paddling technique and your balance on the board, while you enjoy the wonderful Asturian environment that surrounds you.
For those of you who have never practiced it, you have to try it! It has more and more followers as it provides benefits for your physical and mental health: you will forget your worries and have a more positive attitude, as you will exercise leg and arm muscles, improve your resistance and balance; and all this without realizing it.
In water sports it is always recommended that you know how to swim, although we will provide a life jacket to give greater safety to those who do not know how to swim or to the little ones. Anyone over 16 years of age can attend, but minors must bring signed parental consent. If you wish, the price also includes a wetsuit, but don't forget to bring sunscreen.
