Our qualified instructors will teach you balance techniques, how to handle the paddles and safety measures regarding the board and the mechanism. Our goal is for you to learn in the course, and obtain enough autonomy to get out of the water.

To carry out the sport, we recommend that you bring a swimsuit and dry clothes to change into, a towel and sun cream if necessary, and a drink for after the activity.
