With the help of a qualified instructor, you will learn all the details of the exercise so that you can then embark on your own journey on the board. Keep in mind that it is an activity that you can do in both fresh water and salt water. In our center we will give you the material: board and paddle and we will guide you to the beach.
The course will begin with a brief theoretical explanation in which we will teach you the parts of the SUP board and paddling, the origin of the sport and other interesting considerations. Afterwards we will warm up with stretching exercises to prepare you for sailing.
Once in the sea, the adrenaline begins. It's time to practice what you've learned! Maintaining balance you must be able to perform maneuvers and let yourself be carried by the force of the current. Remember that the teacher will always be watching over you, ensuring that you learn as much as possible.
