We have for you a new training program known as Aquapaddle with which you will exercise in Alicante in the most fun way.

The Aquapaddle is a variant of the paddle surf in which, to the rhythm of the music, we will perform a whole series of exercises to work the muscles, strength, cardiovascular capacity.

The Aquapaddle session lasts 1 full hour. The instructor will show you the exercises to do and will correct your positions so that they are perfect.

When doing the activity in small groups, our attention is absolute. We will not miss anything!
