Our qualified instructors will teach you the search for balance and the techniques to gain balance, the different types of possible turns, paddling technique and safety measures. The main objective of this course is for the person to have sufficient autonomy to get out of the water only in flat water.

Regarding clothing, it is advisable:

Swimsuit and dry clothes to change into.
Beach towel and sun cream.
Water or drink to hydrate after the activity.
