In this way, you will gain autonomy for your next outings when the sea is calm or with "flat waters" as it is known in the world. We will do it in the following way:
- Explaining the characteristics of the equipment that consists of a board, which looks like a surfboard but is much larger and more stable, and a paddle.
- Telling you what safety measures you should take when you are in the water.
- Telling you how to position yourself well on the board while you are balanced on it standing with the paddle in your hands.
