Paddle surfing will be your biggest hobby after this day! We suggest that yourent SUP equipment so that you can practice in the refreshing waters of the Coast of Galicia. You only need a board of the highest quality and a single paddle to enjoy the sea in all its splendor.

Paddle surfing is a type of surfing that provides a large number of benefits: it improves the cardiovascular system, strengthens all the muscles of the body, improves balance and stability, and keeps you active and energetic.

Before leaving, a professional instructor will be in charge of giving you brief guidelines on the basic techniques of stand up paddle, as well as some practical classes in the water if you wish. If you already have experience, you can take the materials and navigate on your own to discover inaccessible places!

The rental will last 2 hours, in which you can get lost to contemplate all the beautiful landscapes found in the north of Spain. A pleasant romantic walk, a sports day with friends, or a family plan can be the perfect excuse to embark on this maritime adventure.

You can come any day, from 3 pm to 10 pm we will be waiting for you with the best materials available. Are you ready to row and sail?
