We want to take advantage of these elements so that you can relax practicing yoga on a paddle surf board. Our expert instructor will be waiting for you at Santa Cristiana Beach.
The paddle surf outing will take place for 2 hours. The environment of fine, white sand will accompany this session in the waters of the Atlantic. We will practice the ancestral exercises of Indian culture.
You do not need to have experience, the instructor will focus the class on the level of the participants. In addition, you will have appropriate boards to maintain your balance without problems. On the other hand, the movements you will make will be soft and slow, nothing that will alter stability.
What will you get? You will strengthen the muscles of your body while gaining flexibility. And, to achieve it, we will leave you all the material: board and paddle. You will only have to come with a swimsuit and towel.
