Nautical camp: surf and SUP Oleiros 1 week

School is over and the children have a lot of free time. So that you are not at home doing nothing, on the couch or playing video games, we propose a complete 5-day surf and paddle surf camp on the Santa Cristina beach >. They will learn from qualified instructors and with extensive experience behind them.

Located in the Galician municipality of Oleiros, boys and girls, between 8 and 18 years old, will learn to maintain balance on the board, to enter and exit the sea, to read the waves to catch them at the right time and everything they need to be able to leave on their own at the end of the camp. They will be enriching classes that we will accompany with explanatory videos.

In addition to surfing and SUP, we will also do other activities, such as yoga on the board, SUP Waves, nautical games and dragon Board. There will be no shortage of a giant paddle surf board on which several children can get on at the same time and try to paddle all in unison.

We will also take advantage of the moments when we are not in the water. We will organize balance games so that they improve their movements with the board, we will practice yoga, as well as various games on the beach. We will also talk to them about care for the environment to make them aware of the importance of acquiring good habits.
