This SUP session will be done in Cedeira, a perfect location for the type of activity we want to do. Specifically, we will sail for 2 hours along the Cedeira estuary and through the Villarrube inlet.
Before you start paddling on the board, you will receive a brief theoretical talk by the instructor so that you can learn what you need and resolve your doubts. No minimum experience is required. Everyone can do thisstand up paddle route.
We adapt to the pace you take to do the tour, during which we will visit numerous coves and surprising caves. We are not in a hurry! We want you to enjoy this sport and do it relaxed.
