In this offer our company wants to offer you a fantastic tour aboard a Jeep to visit the highest volcano in Europe, Etna.
On board one of our Jeeps you can visit the wonderful landscapes of the area starting from Taormina/Giardini Naxos, with a short stop in Zafferana Etnea, a town south-east of the Etna Park, in the province of Catania, where we will visit an artisanal honey production laboratory strong> and we will be able to taste the typical products of the area, famous for its honey, as well as olives, oil and artisanal liqueurs.
Once the stop is over we will head towards the important lava flow caves, knowing the history of how they were born and then set off again towards Etna reaching an altitude of 2000 metres. above sea level and visit the last lava flows of 2001/2003.
Subsequently we will take a break to relax for a moment and have lunch, before proceeding along an off-road path in the chestnut and birch woods to finally arrive at a panoramic point from where it is possible to admire the Valle del Bove, places where the lava flows stopped a few meters from the town centre.
