General information
The duration of this route is 3 days and 2 nights.
We seek quality and personalized service in each of the accommodations we choose. It is the best way to rest from the route and continue enjoying the experience.
The accommodations we go to are attended by natural families of the region that we travel, to access in the best way the culture and gastronomy of the place. No one better than they know perfectly and will know better than anyone how to show it to us.
We establish the meeting point at the entrance of the town of La Alberca (Salamanca), in the previous days the guide will specify the exact point.
Deal overview
If you have a good technical level with mountain bikes and are looking for a route that involves effort, emotions and incredible landscapes, these 3 days pedaling through the mountain of France you will find them spectacular.
The orography that the Peña de Francia presents, as well as its valleys and forests, are ideal to cross them with BTT, always accompanied by one of our experts who will tell you every curiosity about the areas through which we will go passing.
There will also be time to enjoy the exquisite gastronomy, learn about the lifestyle of those who live in the mountains and get to knowLa Alberca, a mandatory point to discover and recreate in it.
In total, about 85 kilometers will be covered, with a positive gradient of more than 900 meters and a descent of almost 6000 meters, so the technical level required is high; although we will do these sections with such a difference with our support vehicle with capacity for bicycles of all sizes.
We will take the route along paths that are thousands of years old, so we will come across pavements, flow paths, and some with roots and rocks that will require your best mountain biker face. >.
Accommodation will be in high quality places, including breakfast and dinner. We will be in charge of carrying the complete supplies on the outings and taking the best photos during these days.

When your activity starts and finishes
This package varies in schedule depending on the month in which it takes place, so we make the most of the hours of sunlight, although we will always do the route in the morning and in the afternoon. .
For the months of November, December and February the schedule is as follows:
- Day 1 (Friday): the activity begins around 11:00 in the morning (this way we give you a margin of time so that you have enough time to get to ). We will be riding for about 5 hours.
- Day 2 (Saturday): the activity begins around 9:00 in the morning. We will be riding for about 7 hours.
- Day 3 (Sunday): the activity begins around 9:00 in the morning. We will be riding for about 5 hours.
For the months of March, April and May the schedule is as follows:
- Day 1 (Friday): the activity begins around 5:00 p.m. (this way we give you enough time to get to Hervás). We will be riding for about 3 hours.
- Day 2 (Saturday): the activity begins around 9:00 in the morning. We will be riding for about 8 hours.
- Day 3 (Sunday): the activity begins around 9:00 in the morning. We will be riding for about 6 hours.
Obviously the schedules may vary depending on the weather conditions and the characteristics of the group.
