This is an introductory IKO level 1 course for 2 to 3 people, in which a certified instructor will teach them the basic notions of this sport in a theoretical and practical way.
The theory is used to understand how the wind is used, how it is assembled, disassembled and how the team's safety systems work, the weather conditions and how to safely practice the sport.
We continue with the practical part learning to control the Kite and use the force of the wind with the kite so that it moves us with our body in the water and we learn to recover the board and how to relaunch it from the water when it falls.
