This class will be one hour long and will be the step you will have to take to familiarize yourself with the material and enjoy an exciting adventure between waves. You will begin by getting to know each of the materials that you will have in your hands, paying more attention to the foil. Then you will learn how to stand on the board and lift it above the water. You will only need to familiarize yourself a little with the technique, the position and the balance of your body will be essential!
