Kitesurf individual class in Villa Corona 1-2 hr

It is no longer necessary to go to the beach to learn the fun sport of kitesurfing. We offer you an individual kitesurfing class in the Atotonilco Lagoon known as Villa Corona, located just 45 minutes south of Guadalajara. So it is an ideal place to go and practice your favorite sport or learn it to get started in this fascinating world of kitesurfing.

And what is kitesurfing about? It is a water sport where a kite pulls you and you control it using your control bar while you slide through the water with a board. In a few sessions you will be able to have control and the more you progress you will be able to make jumps and turns in the air. The recommended minimum is 3 classes so that you have the necessary knowledge and minimum practice, but to master the sport many hours of practice are needed. The minimum age to start classes is 7 years old and you must know how to swim.

The best time to practice kitesurfing due to the wind conditions is from February to June, preferably near sunset, which is when the wind is strongest. Ideally, you should take your first class at the beginning of the season since if you want to continue improving and perfecting your techniques, you can continue taking classes for the rest of the season. It is also possible to take class from July to September with winds from another direction and from October to January the days are few but it is possible, only in these months the classes would be in the morning which is when the wind has its best conditions.

It is important that you know that during the first class you will see a lot of theory since it is important that you know the safety measures, the knowledge and operation of the kite and >of the wind and practice is with a trainer kite on land. If you would like to continue with the classes, from the 2nd class onwards is when you enter the water and begin to do the first exercises.

The starting point is the Mega Soriana of Nueva Galicia, transportation is at your expense and if you need transportation, it has an extra cost. For your class you need to bring water shoes, use biodegradable sunscreen, a hat, a lycra shirt, shorts, a swimsuit, water, and a dry change of clothes for the return. We recommend you eat well an hour before class.
