If you are willing to start practicing kitesurfing but you don't know where, in Cádiz, Río San Pedro we have a course for beginners in this sport for 3 hours.

The instructor will begin with a presentation of the sport and the equipment, stopping to explain all the parts of the equipment and what they are used for.

Approximately during the first hour or hour and a half, you will be on the beach learning how to handle the kite or kite and then you will just learn how to navigate. Once in the water it will be essential that you control the kite in the water and know how hard it can pull your body.

Afterwards we will practice how to assist a kite lift and to finish we will put on the board lying in the water and by joining everything, the kite and the board, you will stand up and be able to sail the first meters.

When you finish you will realize that it is a sport that is engaging and you will want more. To the point of wanting to take an improvement course.
