This white water swim will make you feel like you are one with nature. You will be like a fish in water which navigates in a very fast current and which is a source of adrenaline rush. You will challenge the current using your board and your fins to live a thrilling and memorable experience.
It is in the Gorges de l'Isère that you will be able to practice this discipline which you can also share with your family or friends. This part of the Isère river has a class III / IV rating. This means that this route can be done by beginners and intermediates, in order to (re)discover this activity, as well as the picturesque Savoyard landscapes which border it.
The descent extends over 7 km and starts from the Base de Loisirs Centron, in the commune of Aime-La-Plagne. The instructor will be waiting for you there in order to give you the briefing necessary to better understand the concept of this activity and to remember the safety instructions he will give you. Afterwards, the time will come to equip you with equipment which will be loaned to you by us. This equipment will notably consist of a vest and helmet meeting CE standards, then a jacket, a top, a Long-John and neoprene booties.
A shuttle will then take you to the boarding place, so that you can begin your magnificent descent, in the company of your state-certified instructor .
