- L'Isère : A river for everyone, the Isère is the great classic of rafting trips. It will offer you 4 rafting courses on which you can embark between May 1st and September 30
- Doron de Bozel: Rather recommended for athletes, Doron de Bozel will welcome rafters over 16 years old.
- Haute Savoie : Rivers such as the Dranse and those of the Vallée Blanche will offer you descents for all ages, accessible to children from 10 years old.

This is an ideal river for practicing white water swimming with friends or family. With a float, you will learn to take advantage of natural elements to slip and make your way to your arrival point. Play with the currents and try eskimo riding! All in perfect security.
Indeed, the center will equip you with the equipment necessary for your safety and the smooth running of the activity. This is of quality and is regularly revised to preserve its good condition. In addition, you will be supervised by a state qualified instructor who will give you advice adapted to your level.
It’s up to you to choose between:
- The introduction to hydrospeed which is available for everyone aged 14 and over, and lasts between 1h30 and 2h

Arriving in Moutiers (73600), follow the RN90 towards Bourg Saint Maurice. After the Siaix tunnel, take the first exit at Froite, direction Centron-Montgirod (73210). Arriving at the roundabout, follow the "leisure center" signs, which will take you back in the direction of Moutiers (this is normal!!). Then take the first exit, direction "Centron - BAse de Loisirs". Then follow the wooden signs "EssaOnia": you have arrived!
