Introduction to hydrospeed for 2.5 hours towards Gap

Take part in the fantastic world of water sports practiced in white water! For this, the Guisane river in the Hautes-Alpes will have great surprises in store for you with abundant vegetation and azure waters and clear.

So, if you are not afraid to jump into the water and get the adrenaline rush, put aside a swimsuit and a towel and go to the base of strong>La Salle-les-Alpes, less than two hours by car from Gap! You can take part in a 2.5 hour session of hydrospeed with friends or family (the activity is open to those over 13 years old) with a professional of the activity and the site.

When you arrive on base, you will have access to changing rooms to put on the hydrospeed equipment provided by the school. A state-certified instructor will then check that you have correctly put on your helmet and life jacket, and he will teach you the theoretical basics of hydrospeed.

A shuttle will then take you to the town of Guibertes to begin the descent by river to Chantemerle! Don't panic here, the instructor will accompany you in the water during the session and the first three kilometers will allow you to put into practice the basics that you have learned previously with a rather simple course.

Then enjoy pleasure over the next two kilometers with faster currents, and don't forget to contemplate the landscapes that you will cross during the descent...
