The Lauzet-Ubaye team of water sports professionals invites you to try Hydrospeed, or white water swimming.
Enjoy crystal clear water with waves, rocks and rapids with this discovery session two hours. This discipline does not require any particular technical knowledge, but it will certainly test your endurance and your finning abilities!
You will first be equipped with a thermal suit, a protective helmet, fins and a life jacket, and a state-certified instructor will then present the session to you. After he has taught you how to use your float (also called hydrospeed), he will accompany you on the adventure.
Don't forget to look up during the activity, you will pass between the mountains of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and you may see marmots on the way...
